She's gone. Just like that. Eight weeks of basking in the glow that is Clarissa, and now my life is a little less sunny.

She is sweet, smart and funny. She was so good with Bella and Christo, patient and caring. Her smile just lit me up.
Always stylish |
She had a rough go of things when she was younger but is in a stable environment now. She and her sister Jenna are living with their fathers parents in Toronto.
We had a lot of fun while she was here. We went to the fireworks at English Bay.

Couldn't keep her out of the water. The pool at our house,Splashdown Water Slides or Buntzen Lake! Definitely a water baby!

On my way home from the airport I stopped to see Lisa. They were working at Hastings and Nanaimo. Hey, that's were Tentatsu my favourite Japanese restaurant is. I was feeling a little sad and I thought a little visit with the Lovely Lisa and a nice Japanese lunch would cheer me up. I parked the car and walked across the street to the Truffles truck. I love it when Lisa smiles at me. I only stayed a couple of minutes. Stole a couple of kisses and went to lunch.

I start with 1000 Four stair stretches. This is the easiest exercise I do and I was really feeling it by the end.
200 one stair steps. I was dripping wet before I even started.
180 Belly Crunches. By the time I was at 160, I was hoping to pull a muscle! So I could stop! No such luck.

I made a couple of burgers and a salad for dinner.
After dinner I did the video of the song Clarissa. Lisa came home, had a shower and went to bed. I should follow her. It's been a long day and a sad one as well. I'll see her again soon, she has skype on her tablet.

Till next time.
Peace Out Y'all
