Who's a Fat Bastard - Asleep at the wheel

September 6, 2014
Another Beautiful Sunset
Days like this are challenging. Not because I'm so busy or have such tough things to do, but because I spent half my morning writing yesterdays blog. We were at the beach yesterday and the sun and the swim tuckered me out and I fell asleep at the wheel/keyboard. So I got up with the alarm and wrote yesterdays blog. Not only didn't I write my blog yesterday I didn't exercise either. I did today!
1000 Four Stair Steps
200 One Stair Steps
Gotta stay hydrated
180 Belly Crunches
Mr Tomato Head
I played computer games for 20 minutes while I rode the Iron Maiden then I watched an episode of Suits on Netflix all the while, I had lost the feeling in my Ass! Lisa was out doing some shopping for Momma Lee. I made myself some lunch and had a shower.
Tuna Salad lettuce wraps and salad
When Lisa got home we headed out to see our friend Darlene. She just sold her condo in Port Moody, She held onto it even though she has lived in Victoria for eight years. Can you say Caching!
Dar, trying to give away this recliner.
I haven't been to her place in a few years and got lost on the west side of North Road. Then I remembered where the turn was. I remembered because I have always giggled like a twelve year old because you turn down to her place at the K Y Market, I think to myself, that's a lot of lube! We had a nice visit and caught up, lot of water under the bridge in eight years. She gave us a coffee table that was in the olympic village. It has a little plaque on it.
On our way home we stopped in to see Momma Lee. Tomorrow is the annual Parkinsons walk. We take Momma Lee every year and I push her around Lost Lagoon, and you get a T shirt!
When we got home, Annie and Willie pulled in right behind us. We are doggy sitting Mac for three weeks. He`s six months old and, shall we say, energetic. I`ll have him trained in two days.
Wee Mac

Annie had to go to a meeting so Willie hung out with Lisa and I on the back deck. We have a huge Italian Plum tree that makes about a kazillion plums. Even with the gangs of Raccoons foraging every night, there are more than we can eat. I had Lisa up in the tree shaking the branches. Willie and I were picking up the droppings.
Plum monkey

We filled a big steel bowl with plums in minutes. More than a hundred. We sat on the back deck eating plums and drinking Suntea
until Annie got back.

C nile was on the radio and BOOM, next thing you know it`s 6 pm. It just snuck up on us. Annie and Willie had a BBQ to go to and we had plans too.
We were invited to a party tonight, but by the time I got dinner together and ate, it was almost 9 pm and I was running out of steam.
Dinner and Willies ashtray....yuck
We never made the party. I tucked Lisa in and came back out to write this blog. I`m anticipating a issue tomorrow as the first Sunday of the NFL season conflicts with the Parkinsons Walk. If everyone stays on the bus I can be home by halftime of the first game. I just need to power push her around the course.
Momma Lee
I came up with a new low carb snack. Tuna salad stuffed pork rinds! Delicious!!

That`s all I got.
Till next time.
Peace Out Y'all
