The problem with getting home at 4:30 am is you don't get out of bed till 1:00 pm. At least Lisa didn't. I went to bed at 6:00 am and got up at 11:00 am because I thought I heard the grandkids. It wasn't, but now I was up so, what you gonna do! We had a lot to do preparing for the Alaska cruise. Especially Lisa who has to pack for herself and Momma Lee. I made a pot of coffee and got ready for my day.
The first thing I did was hop on the scale. I missed Weigh Day while we were in Hawaii due to a lack of scale. We swam, snorkeled and walked every day. I only did my stretches twice and sit ups once but I did my Crunches every day. Ten sets of twelve, it takes less than ten minutes. I also had a few Bud lights and a Pizza. Time to get back on the program. I threw together a quick brunch.
I went in to print the paperwork for the cruise only to discover I had no ink. That's also when I realised I hadn't preregistered the cruise and now it wouldn't let me. Ten minutes on the phone and we had it straightened out, sort of. We have to be at the terminal at 11:am. The ship leaves at 5:00 pm. That will give us a chance to explore the ship, and get Momma Lee settled in.
I went and got the ink cartridge for the printer and did a couple of errands. Jennifer came by with the Grandkids. Clarissa , my oldest Grandkid, is here from Ontario and it was the first we have seen her. She's looking great and is very happy to be here. Hopefully for the whole summer.
Lisa went to get Momma Lee packed and talk to the nurse about the trip. At 7:30 we had reservations at Tenatsu Sushi with our cruise mates who are already here.
We ordered way too much food.
After dinner we were tasked with picking up Laura ``The Blade Judger`` Decker at the airport. Her bag didn`t make it. It`s still on the ground in Columbus, Ohio where she was refereeing the summer nationals for fencing. They say it will be delivered to the cruise ship before it sails at 5:00 tomorrow.
We had a little time to kill so we went down to Stanley Park to watch the sunset.
Picked Laura up at 11:30 finished packing and now I`m going to crash. Wait a minute I almost forgot. Today was a Weigh Day. It`s been ten days since I last stepped on a scale.
Down a total of thirty-eight lbs since May 2. Feeling good and strong and looking forward to the cruise.
That`s all I got.
Till next time
Peace Out Y'all
