Who's a Fat bastard - Iron Maiden rides again

July 17, 2014

The party's over. Time to get back to the real world. A world where there is no Baked Alaska, no Wild berry Flambe, not even apple strudel and ice cream! Just pain. Pain in the ass that is, inflicted by the Iron Maiden. She don`t scare me.
Hole-y Crap!
Okay, maybe a little bit. I`ll get back to her, but first, my four stair stretch. Alternating 20 touch`s, five sets each leg. I was a little tight to start but loosened up by the third set. I have really buggered my shoulder this time. Stupid Waterpark! No sit ups, it was just too painful. Crunch`s on the other hand I can do. With the help of my Grandaughters Princess Barbie Workout Couch. No rug burns.
PBWC
No one said it was pretty.
Ten sets of ten crunch`s with a thirty second break between sets. I was doing sets of twelve but, first day back, I thought I would take it easy.
Iron Maiden
I named her the Iron Maiden because she`s a real Ballbuster! After twenty minutes it`s like spikes shooting into your ass. I could use a cushion but that seems to easy.
I watched an episode of Homeland, and a little Bill Maher on UTube. I worked up a sweat and an appetite.

A quick shower and Lisa, Dr Dan and I were taking Momma Lee for her yearly visit to Dr Stossel out at the UBC Brain clinic. I wish I had something wonderful to say. She`s holding her own as far as the Parkinson goes. Her other issues however, seem to be getting worse. Not much more they can do for her, a little tweaking on dosage but that`s it. We spent about two hours there. When we left, we were no further ahead than we were before we got there.
We took Momma Lee home and then went down to Woody`s for chicken wings and Ribs.
I ate the ribs before I thought to take a picture.
After dinner, we needed a walk so we went by the house to pick up Elvis and Nutmeg. We went down to Rocky Point in Port Moody. The tides have been really high lately. Must be the Super Moon.

I`m all caught up! Yay! 2:27 am and all is well. Feeling good, except for my shoulder. Two days of eating properly, getting back on my exercise program and my energy level is back up. I will leave you with a gratuitous cute dog picture.

That`s all I got.
Till next time
Peace Out Y'all
