Weigh Day is here. I will be happy if I stay where I was last Sunday. I have my doubts. As I told you yesterday, I have been having trouble getting off Cruise Ship mode. In preparation for weigh in I hit the green room. I have a pretty good routine going and I attacked it with enthusiasm today. I was really reaching during my four stair stretch. Ignoring the pain in my shoulder I had a smooth rhythm going and a pretty quick pace.
I'm getting pretty good at running the camera by myself. Lisa goes back to work at 1:30 Monday morning she needs to get focused and relaxed for nine months of craziness. Me, I need to do my crunches. Ten sets of ten with thirty seconds of rest between. I'm still trying to find a flattering angle. This is not it!
I was actually eager to get to the Iron Maiden. Season two, episode one of Homeland was up on Netflix. I got started pedalling and settled in for fifty - five minutes of twisted drama.
With the cool down, I was on the Maiden for seventy minutes. I was out of exercises and excuses. Time to face the judge.
I am Cruiseshipaholic! Two more pounds! I can't say I don't know how that happened. I have been cheating on my diet since we got on that damn ship! That may have started it but I'm the only one who can stop it. The last two days I have been back on track. I am really pissed at myself. I know my history and I know it will repeat itself if I allow it. If I let my guard down I will pay the price. And it's priced by the pound!
Undeterred by the setback I had a shower, digging the waterpic again. It feels great on my shoulder. And made myself some lunch.
Chicken breast and dill pickle lettuce wrap. A big glass of ice tea and I was ready for a nap. It's like, three days in a row I've napped! When I got up around 4:00 I went to do some shopping at Stupor Store. I got a few things for dinner and a couple of things for Lisa to take to work. She will be in bed by 7:00 and up by 1:30 am! I don't know how she does it. While Lisa got her kit together I made dinner. Baked Chicken and Zucchini in garlic butter |

That's all I got
Till next time
Peace Out Y'all
