It's hard to believe that 14 years have gone by...almost. It's Anniversary Eve Day and the lovely Lisa is working. 14 years ago this was a crazy day. Papa Dawg and Uncle Paul Garden Gnome had flown in from New Jersey. The Murray's had flocked to Coquitlam from points east and west and the charming Misty had sauntered up from Napa. In retrospect I can't believe how much work we did to the house. How, with the help of our friends, we got to where we were. I know "Where ever you go , there you are." I don't think We could have got there without them.

Bro Steve, Willy and Annie Curley, my brother Garry and his wife Deb and all the Murray's. With the Dance Floor finished and the tables and chairs set up the lovely Lisa left for the hotel and left Stu, Willy and I to our own devices. In hindsight, not the smartest thing to do. Let's just say 4 am and speaking in tongues may not have been the best choice. I felt a little better knowing my 2 best mates would be suffering too. That's bullshit! I was so hung over or maybe still drunk when the alarm went off. Followed shortly by the invasion of the Murray's! Thank God! Roberta (Bobbi) took the reins of power and had a job for everyone. I'll save that for tommorow.
Today I have several errands to run climaxing with lunch with Bro Peter, always challenging.He wanted Mc Doggies so at least it was quick.
I am so distracted today with the lovely Lisa working and our anniversary tomorrow Panic is setting in. I haven't even gotten her a card yet. I have a long history of getting her returnable gifts. Not this year. This year Chocolate! As much as I can carry.
